What success looks like
The systemic crisis we’re facing requires that it be addressed from all angles and directions possible. Our objective is to share our findings and create a blueprint from which we can learn, adapt and scale solutions that address the needs of the moment. Building a Regenerative Community allows us to document and share the journey, lessons learned, challenges and successes, as well as highlight areas of potential improvement and growth. We don’t pretend that Alluma is the only way forward, but we do believe it is a paradigm-shifting solution and a great step in the right direction.
Built to the
Living Building Challenge Standard
An LBC certified Regenerative Community -the most sustainable building standard in the world-, would create a first-of-its-kind blueprint of how we can build healthy, beautiful, and resilient homes and communities today. Proving we can also build regeneratively, with traditional market-rate costs and modern comforts, would significantly speed up the transformation of an industry that so negatively impacts our systemic crisis.
